Yes, they are 4-6 stories due to height limits imposed by the city. Several sit mostly empty and it appears the supply of newer units is about to double once all those under construction are CO'd later this year. So what is up with all being presold in a matter of hours after folks had camped out for days and yet 80% already completed appear vacant?<g>

Are that many sitting empty in downtown San Diego? I was last there June 2004 when the construction cranes were in a frenzy.
