No more so than you. :-)

Summer "should" start soon - just finished a 3 day family reunion in Oregon - nice and hot down there. I'm sort of glad it's taking it's time showing up - I've been able to finish a number of outdoor projects - building rock walls, tree clearing without frying in the sun. Still need to lay brick around the fire pit and dig out a stump and plant some more grass. Why did I ever want property.
