CJ, For lower courts, Bush already has some that believe that God's law over rides man's law. Does this constitute the liberal notion of "freedom from religion"?

You'll have to post the links. I know of no judge who has overturned any law solely on the basis of a personal religious belief.

Speaking of Bush, was he responsible for TASS.......the testing to evaluate a school kid's performance? I am reviewing it right now.........its very controversial in the education world. Do you know much about it?
