"Bush does not care about OBL." Oh? "It's time to stop hyperventilating about the problem and find ways to understand it and fix what can be fixed. The destiny of human beings has been tied to a noble vision throughout history. Our efforts have been marked by progress toward the liberation of individuals from the tyranny of kings, dogma, and oppressive establishment. Ideally the outcome of our struggle is the establishment of a society of individual autonomy living in peaceful coexistence with other people and creatures of the world. Terrorists by definition terrorize others by their violent displays of destruction targeting innocent victims in order to cause harm and damage to their enemies. "Terrorism works only when we react to it, it does not work in a vacuum." Terrorism doesn't exist in a vacuum. It is the overt presentation of an agenda to destroy every individual and organization that stands in the path of a fundamentally fascist world government. You can stop it by surrendering too the mission of the terrorists but not by ignoring or neglecting it. You can also stop it by standing up to it, if you are able.
