re: I think your observation is correct. This guy is moving slowly with a gread deal of deliberation. In addition, I understand the law that covers CIA leaks is very demanding when it comes to the evidence. I suspect that might be another reason to move slowly. His career is on the line, and as I said he's really well respected. A pro, probably with political ambitions. No good prosecutor is going to take two years and convene a grand jury and jail journalists on a dead end case. He's got smoke and I think he's got fire. I sense this may be bigger than Rove... but that could be wishful thinking. Watch for the RNC to start attacking this guy, then you will know it's serious. John
