Perjury and obstruction of justice are the easy ones. The federal stature for outing a covert CIA agent is more difficult. But Rove is guilty of it anyway. Bush himself was also questioned under oath by the Grand Jury. Holy crap. What if he committed perjury. We saw with Clinton that special prosecutors have no qualms about indicted a POTUS if he lies under oath. Cheney too. Could be the story of the decade, and it only gets worse for the rightwing because Delay is next up to bat.
