Exactly. The subject of the investigation is Rove not Wilson. Even if there's no illegality, Rove was clearly involved enough in a successful partisan attempt to discredit a CIA operation to be booted. It's a matter of TRUST. How can the US of A trust the WH Deputy Chief of Staff if he: 1. committed a crime 2. was too stupid to know what he was talking about to reporters 3. has been hiding about his involvement instead of coming clean I've heard it's down to perjury and obstruction of justice.
