The prosecutor has a pile of indictments, according to the Time reporter's lawyer. We don't know who they're for or what the charges are but if everyone from Bush down was on the stand under oath and if they alol lied about outing Plame then every single one of them could be found guyilty of perjury and obstruction of justice. Same crimes as during Watergate. Outing a covert CIA employee is a very serious business. It can literally get lots of Americans killed and can cost hundreds of millions of dollars. Abuse of power and treason is what this is really about. Rove is very guilty.
