Pity would be closer to the truth. Hating Junior would be like making fun of Down's syndrome children. Bush is a lot like poor Katie Holmes. He is completely isolated and under the constant stroking and mind-bombing of his handlers. They don't even let him read the newspaper, he only knows what they want him to know. What really makes him an object of pity is they way they encourage him to boast and swagger like a parody of John Wayne. I think you are right. I didn't put it all together until I realized he seems to be away from the WH never doing much of consequence a lot of the time. He's nothing more than a patsy........a stepford president if you will. They are trading on his family's name. You have to wonder why his father let them do this to him. ted
