Tiberon: Had dinner this weekend with a friend who is selling stainless steel in Hanoi. He says that that the business environment in Vietnam is great for asia. The government makes it very clear up front what you need to do to get your business license for a project and then they stick to it - no changing of the rules after you invest your millions. They are very conscious of having to compete with China for foreign investment. I love that graph in the Tiberon presentation showing their anticipated cost of production compared to the tungsten price for the last 45 years. Definitely a low cost producer. Have to look into this company some more.
