I will let the thread decide this one, as it is off topic yes, but not overly inflammatory,

As a staunch supporter of our President, I find it very childish for any Kerry supporter to continue the anti-Bush debate in July 2005.

I have met several people like this IRL, and I have found the best poilicy is to not engage them, and they eventually go away to find someone without an education to perpetrate their jargon,

I am not saying college educated, because by far, I have found the vast majority of these people to be well educated in school, but they were also the one's who needed friends the most and would attach themselves to any cause if they thought it might make them more popular.

By far, these were also the easiest people to avoid, as they tend to need attention to thrive.

Alleged mastermind of London bombings captured.
abcnews.go.com

LONDON, July 15, 2005 -- The U.S.-trained chemist who police believe is the mastermind behind last week's London transit attacks has been captured, Egyptian and Western intelligence sources tell ABC News.

Magdy Elnashar, 33, who authorities believe helped build the bombs, was taken into custody in suburban Cairo, Egypt. Elnashar had left England two weeks before the bombings, and British authorities had initiated a worldwide manhunt for him.

Police say it was Elnashar who helped the bombers set up their bomb factory in Leeds.

Elnashar's capture came as British authorities released the first surveillance photo of one of the bombers in the hours before the attacks.

Hasib Hussain, 18, is seen carrying the backpack that exploded on a double-decker bus two-and-a-half hours later.

Hussain was described by Britain's top police official as just a foot soldier.

"What we've got to find now is the people who trained them, who built their bombs," said Ian Blair, commissioner of London's Metropolitan Police.

British authorities also identified a fourth bomber as a Jamaica-born man with a pregnant wife in England and a mother living in the United States.

U.S. authorities tell ABC News that Lindsey Germaine had been in the United States within the past two years, and the FBI is now investigating contacts he made in Ohio and New Jersey.

The FBI had also joined the search for Elnashar because he attended North Carolina State University in 2000.

But the best lead now is Elnashar himself. Officials in Cairo tell ABC News that state security officials have already begun to question him with British agents in attendance.

Terrorism has gone up 400% in the last year under Bush. Article previously posted several times.

Grounds for impeachment considering all the lies he told to get us into war in Iraq? If not, then what is grounds fro impeachment? What worse thing can a president do?

Also, the incredible mismanagement of the military. Reports I heard on the radio today from the Rand Corporation say that within a year we will have no new troops to send to Iraq at all. Maybe even sooner. Recruitment levels will be hurting badly and not even loyal Bushies will want to fight in Bush's war.

LBJ knew he had lied and failed and stepped down voluntarily. Bush-Cheney may wish they had within a year. We The People are taking these crooks down hard if they don't police themselves. Not for partisan reasons, for moral and performance reasons. Americans can tolerate liars to a degree, but not if they fail and steal. Bushies have done all three on a grand scale.

The Democrats lost the election largely because they provided no clear alternative and no "plan."

Can't argue with that, with some exceptions the dem response to the neocon usurpation was as cowardly a display as this nation has ever witnessed.

Many of them still don't get it and in the next election will attempt to out neocon the neocons. I guess they are best characterized as neolibs.

Middle East peace in tatters as 14 die in wave of attacks
Sat 16 Jul 2005

THE five-month-old Middle East ceasefire appeared to be unravelling as Israeli strikes on a van filled with rockets and a West Bank hideout killed six Hamas militants.

The attacks came after a Palestinian rocket barrage on an Israeli town and a suicide bombing that killed six.

In an effort to stop the rocket fire, Palestinian police fought Hamas gunmen in a daylight gun battle in the streets of Gaza City that left two teenagers dead and 25 others wounded in the worst Palestinian infighting in recent years.

The violence threatened to intensify. Israeli troops massed at two makeshift camps outside Gaza, and defence minister Shaul Mofaz told army commanders last night to plan for a ground operation.

Hamas threatened revenge against Israel for the air strikes, which appeared to signal Israel's resumption of targeted killings of Hamas leaders.
