I've been wondering about that too if those allegations are true. I have no doubt many pimps in the business are pocketing as much green in their pockets as possible while the going is good. Many local radio shows have popped up in Florida hosted by mortgage brokers now known as new age RE moguls. The advice and estimates of appreciation and incredible returns to suck folks into their programs must border on being criminal or the very least revoking of their license when the shit hits the fan and folks sue.
