They are the equivalent of OReilly, Buchanan and Hannity. No need to reign them in. They're more effective than that. They are democrat campaign consultants. Hired guns of past and future political campaigns. Far more effective than a "journalist" promoting his point of view... Maybe we ought to give Rove his own TV show?

I wish reporters WOULD start attacking the government more Aggressively. Go to the heads of Interior and HEW. What happened to the $billions entrusted to you that you can't account for? Why aren't the thousands of programs you administer accomplishing anything? Why do you have 20 programs with the same goal but nothing ever comes out of them? DC is a target rich environment but the press' attention is riveted on Rove. The press may be enemies of Bush, but they are coconspirators with the bureaucracy.
