HISC - according to company PR's and Form 2-11 filing, o/s is about 500 million, float about 200 million.

Form 2-11: 2004 revenues over 2 million and profit over 1/2 million.

Projections for 2005 range from 7 million in revenues, with similar margins to much higher; PR'd that in the process of going fully filing and OTC BB.

Projections have run as high as 125 million in revenue going forward over 3 years for just their cyber tracker.
