Oral, Just an army sharpshooter, or expert, can maintain a 5" pattern at only 100 yards. To pass on the range, one has to qualify at 250 yards.

I could have understood a shot from a handgun, but a rifle. I mean come on you don't have to even be marginally competent with a scoped rifle to keep a 5" pattern at 100 yards. Unreal.

Just ask Vicki Weaver's surviving children about the accuracy of a scoped rifle.
