What I don't see is "everyday" care. Affordable preventive health policies that don't include critical care services. No money in it, I suppose.

It's because preventive health care does not fit the insurance construct.

Insurance is for bit ticket items that occur rarely--insurance spreads the risk. You don't see insurance policies for home maintenance or car maintenance and then don't make sense for health maintenance, either.
