I'm not disagreeing with you - only pointing out that some people put every bit of leverage they could find into the dot com bubble. I too think this train wreck will make that one look puny.

Some stocks, like the sock puppet company, are now worth nothing. Houses are at least, REAL assets. If you burn your stocks, the insurance doesn't cover your loss!<g>
