I own CESV. Here is a link to their Edgar filings. The company has exploding earnings in comparison to last year. CAFE looks like a US company that is in the same business. The CESV website is not much help, but does have a "research" report. One basically has to decide if this is a sham or the real deal. In my opinion, the contracts they have signed with Chinese municipal governments make this look like a legitimate and viable company. excite.brand.edgar-online.com
