Apple's Got More Room to Grow, Complete Article

Options expiration is showing its usual gift for knocking stocks down and up to finish at the strike. I see very little that seems so strong as to be able to break the gravitational pull. Except Apple AAPL .

Apple trades as if it wants to bust out.

What should you do?

If we don't get a recommendation for Apple on Monday, here is what will happen. All of those who own the July 40 calls will exercise them and hope that the stock opens up on Monday. They tend to be uncapitalized players -- they would be buying common if they had the money.

They don't.

By 10:30, about as late as the margin clerks allow, if nothing happens they will have to sell the stock. They had their run and they can't put up the cash.

Then I would pounce. Because this stock is acting really fabulously and is defeating many thousands of call sellers.

A terrific omen for next week, after we clean out the weak hands from options hangover.
