I use 5, 42, and 189 (with 9 and 14 mixed in sometimes). That's based on an observation I made some years ago that fundamentally good or bad news is forgotten by the market within two months (42 week days), and that long cycles are nicer when they're 4-5 times the length of the immediately shorter cycle.

Besides, we all know that the answer is 42, right?
