OK. Why do you suppose he was sanctioned (by a federal judge he appointed) and paid a $90,000.00 fine which he did not dispute?

Mark, I will never understand how otherwise intelligent people could continue to defend a proven scumbag who used his position to screw his family, friends, cabinet appointees and the country....
