dude, I have no problems with all these shares out there ...
I personally see no problem with the company issue shares to buy properties ... actually mutual funds operates on that basis ...

assuming there is a total of 100 million shares outstanding, and its property is worth 100 million, so basically every share is worth a buck (regardless of how much it is trading)
further assuming the company is going to issue 100 million shares to buy property that is valued at 300 million
now we get the situation of 200 million shares outstanding with the properties worth 400 million, so each share is worth 2 bucks
shouldn't that increase shareholders value ???

so my question is, why do these folks selling their shares at 30 or 40 cents, while the takeover value is a buck even though those shares are 'free' ...

I don't see much risk holding shares at 30 cents even assuming the bid of a buck never materialize ...

I know you probably hold many many times more than I do, so if you are not worried, why should I <ggg>
