Unocal used to sell a special 102 Octane gasoline for pre-1978 automobiles like yours. I don't know if the "Union 76" stations still sell this gasoline for cars with "special needs" now that the "Union 76" stations are owned and supplied by Conoco/Phillips. I seriously doubt that Mish shares your peculiar zealotry in regard to acetone. In fact you are the very first person I have ever known who is personally offended by Techron.
