Go ahead. Discuss it.

I think I wrote an intelligent reply. Are you inferring it was not?

I do not agree with you. But I have thought about it a lot.

And still disagree. I am not as structured perhaps in my beliefs. I hunted big game for a number of years. I have shot elk, deer in their homes. And I slaughtered them, skinned them, dressed them, packaged them and ate them.

Since the last time I hunted big game I did not eat meat for 7 years. A few years ago I began to eat meat again. Mostly because of my health and the fact that to be vegetarian takes an immense amount of work to eat properly. I know this because from 69 to 71 i ate a macrobiotic diet.

None of this seems incongruous to me in the least with my belief system. And I am not asleep at the wheel. Karmic debt is mine, no one else.

I don't think the deer hold it against the cougar when it eats them. Maybe I should go talk to the cougar and get it to eat salad. Perhaps I can change its nature. Seems most people do not believe a cougar kills for sport. But the reality is that I witnessed a herd of over 70 sheep that were killed in one night by a cougar. And it did not eat one of them. I still wonder if it was enjoying itself or was just in Blood Lust. Strange to see that many dead corpses killed by one animal.

So does man imitate nature or is man really part of nature? We kill for blood sport as well. And for greed and desire. I think we are animals that can rise above our nature as well. I have chosen to not rise above a few I retain.

And that is my free choice.

Ok, whats the next one liner?
