Mish - Thanks for the mention in your Blog. I really liked Jojo's response: "...Why not extend the concept? Medical tourism is a big thing these days, with people traveling to countries like Thailand for discount medical and dental services. What if someone setup a hospital ship with doctors, surgery facilities, etc.? Costs would be much lower and consumers would flock to such a service. Just a short 3 mile rife out and your knee operation, dental work or plastic surgery would be 50-60% lower than on the mainland!..." Hope someone with investment capital is reading this!
