I think you are right. If very low interest rates, low unemployment and easy access to credit continue what's to really stop it from going on a few more years. It is possible the rest of the country starts moving up dramatically too along with all these breakouts I see of major stock market averages as corporate profits and balance sheets continue to strengthen.. But without any other real fundamental stories like greater productivity, new innovations,much higher wages and balanced budgets it will end in an even greater disaster down the road.
