Insurgents Rise Again in Falluja

I'm not surprised. My friend who was there during the "battle" last year said that they didn't really fight the insurgents there much -- they brought all of the troops in, and found that when they got there, the city had been deserted. The insurgents left to fight another day.

Its alleged that nearly 50% of the city's infrastructure was destroyed during the attack. It makes you wonder who exactly they were fighting.
