On their website, the supposed views they offer are misleading, if I understand correctly that this WCI project is supposed to be the leased area that is/was the Riviera Public Beach. If so, the view to the NE will be the Phoenix Towers & the Tiara. And the view to the SE will also be condos (not virgin beach).

BTW, that portion of beach (where the shops and parking in the rear) was acquired in the early 20's by Riviera Beach at the insistence of my Grandfarther, Virgil Strain, who at the time was the youngest commissioner Riviera Beach ever had. If you ever have a chance to look in the archives, you'll see a picture of him at the ground breaking of Ryder Steen's restaurant (the first structure)(in his zute-suite).<G>
