US can stay in Iraq forever and they will never win the war because the Iraqis do not want us there.
It's much like the British in India.
They fought thugees and insurgents for centuries, but in the end had to go.

And you make an assumption in any case. You assume the majority of Iraqis are against the democratization of their gov't. Some nut cases- -their version of you- -may be, but that's far from a majority.
