I've also concluded that Cheney is the real "executive" in the WH while the chimp is just the cheerleader and front man - an exalted salesman. This became obvious after 9/11, when the chimp was out in public pimping war while Cheney shuttled from undiclosed location to undisclosed location. It's clear who the chimpistration's string pullers thought had more actual value, and could not afford to risk. My only real question is has the chimp been told of his true status, or is he just a dupe himself?
