I agree with you that the CIA is incompetent and I think the waste of money should be shut down. Can you name anything of value they've ever accomplished? We could probably make quite a list of things they did wrong starting with Death Squads in Central America, international kidnapping euphemistically called rendition, etc... 99.99% of classified documents are garbage and are classified to protect the waste, fraud, and abuse from coming into public scrutiny. Professor Deutch's logic is impeccable. Can you argue with specific points he made in his Op-Ed article or just attack him?
