Workplace harassment does not make a person a "sex offender" in any state of the union I am aware of. If you know of some state where it is a sex offense- making the person a "sex offender", please post the language of the statute. If not, you are engaging in libelous hyrperbole, which only casts doubt on everything else you post.

I look forward to whatever statutes you can present. I understand why you might not wish to discuss it if your statement was pure hyperbole.

It doesn't matter if he was innocent of the initial charges. If you lie under oath in a court of law you have committed perjury even if you are otherwise as innocent as a baby.
