Kaiser in California must be structured differently than Kaiser Mid-Atlantic. Here the physicians have their own corporation they work for, can't remember if it's CAPMG (Capital Area Permanente Medical Group) or MAPMG (Mid Atlantic Permanente Medical Group) these days. The doctors have an exclusive contract with Kaiser and are on salary, with bonuses.

Everybody else works for Kaiser. They don't have their own hospitals here but they do have clinics. And they definitely have capitation.
