The Democrats are fraud-free in the past three elections. The only major controverysy I can thinjk of was in 2000 when they wanted polling stations kept open later. But that was to give MORE people the chance to vote, not deprive people of voting rights which is what the GOP has been doing. We are talking about the Bushie GOP stealing tens of thousands of votes at a time. You are talking about some guy putting firecrackers in the tailpipe of a GOP operative. This is serious business. But making it even more serious will be if and when Diebold is found to be colluding with the GOP in order to fix entire elections. Daley? That Boss Daley stuff went out 30 years ago. I freely admit Daley was a Chicago vote-fixer in 1968, but even then it was small potatoes. That's all ancient history. Illinois is a reliable Dem state. Texas and the deep south has a long history of dirty unethical Jim Crow politics and now that ugly spirit has gone national and high-tech with today's rightwing GOP, particularly when and where they need it like Ohio and Florida. The first thing they do is make sure as few blacks vote as possible. That's done in a variety of illegal ways. In 2000 it put Bush in power. Ironic the GOP now says it's reaching out to black voters. LOL
