I used to think of writing, but since I got into my 60's I don't even read much anymore. I cancelled my daily newspaper because it just lay there and gathered dust. I still have 7 magazine subscriptions, 3 weekly and 4 monthly that I end up reading two or three of the 12 weeklys every month. Every time I try to read a full monthly magazine, I fall asleep in 5-10 minutes. The last thing I wrote was a shopping list and forgot to take it with me. :~( And these are subjects I have loved since my teens; science, technology, automobiles. I guess computer and TV time (racing and sci-fi) uses up all of what little attention span I have left. I only get out of my cave once a week or 10 days to go grocery shopping and that wears me out. Especially with the 100+ temps we've been having lately, close to record temps here every day. aaarrrrgh.

How's things in Pensacola? You ready for the hurricane season to start later on? :~(
