It's nuts to force a recall over something like this. The media is making way too much out of this, and Hillary is fanning the flames for her own political ambitions. I have not seen the game but every one who has says the violence in the game is over the top and very gratuitous. This is part of a trend with games that has gotten worse over the years. I think it popularizes killing and makes the consequences of killing seem fairly inconsequential........remember; its now believed teens think from the lobe concerned with instincts and not from the front lobe as we do. There take on the killing may be considerably different than ours. For those reasons alone, GAT was under investigation. This sex issue is just the icing on the cake...........and from what I understand, the sounds the characters make are incredibly graphic. <g> As for Hillary using it to further her political ambitions, you may be right.......but over a game cartridge? It seems a little farfetched to me. I've got "The Sims" and "The Sims 2," where among other things, the characters sometimes get naked to take a shower or go to the bathroom. The nudity is covered by a mosaic pattern similar to what you see on the TV show "Cops," but a hack can remove that pattern. What's the government going to do, force a recall of "The Sims" and make the developer change the rating from Teen to Mature? Again, I think its the violence on GAT that is at the crux of the issue. The sex is kind of like the straw that broke the camel's back. As for me, I have no problem with nudity. In fact, I like nudity. <g>
