Here's a community-comparison website that can keep interested people entertained for hours. Plenty of data there about demographics, median/average incomes, house prices, cost of living--you can even compare the average temperature in July in specific zip codes.

(It says the average July temp in my zip code is three degrees higher than in another zip code only four miles away--but median house prices are about $100K higher in mine. LOL!)

If you consider 200K+ per year being poor, what is 100K a year ?
And what is 50K a year ? Slavery ?

I don't know the exact numbers, but i believe that more than 50% of population earns less than 50K.
