I see Apple as a trend setting company, but to set trends, they need products that set trends. Everyone has an iPod - it's not cool anymore. The shuffle is a product that sells crippled features (no randon access to content) with "cool". I think there are miles to go in the wireless distribution of entertainment products, both audio and video. If Apple can get in front of that parade, the sky's the limit. If you're wirelessly hooked into an endless store of entertainment, you have no need to lug a hard drive around. Who's going to come out with a video display that takes advantage of human visual wetware? I'd like a piece of that company. I don't own any Apple right now, but I may in the future.
