I see. We're back to "no one on the net is real". THought we were past that. Apparently not. Must serve a purpose in the insulters psyche. Beliveing that, you can throw rocks at any poster and never worry about hitting a real person.

As for others not having real lives, that's a reflection of the above. It has been commented many times how that poster seems to spend 24/7 on the net and neglects her family.

I used to view the world through camera lens. I have many, many thousands of shots, mostly on slide film and all undigitied. I fouund it an unsatisfactory way to live. If you intend to be a professional photographer, maybe it's necessary; otherwise, it's a distraction from reality. I wonder if coug has ever seen "the Old Man of Copan".

I doubt it. He does not seen to venture far afield. I've got a picture of it from our first trip there; you round a bend and unexpectedly there it is; a famous piece. Unfortunately, it's no longer there; moved to a museum, I suppose. Then in Veraceuz in a park and alos a museum, there are the giant Olmec heads.

An enigmatic civilixation of whch little is known.

But having no life, how do you end up in a placeto take such shots?

The next trip is likely to be to Turkey, home to many civiliations including the classical Greeks and Romans. Again, with no life, how do you end up there.

Oh, that poster was bragging a while back about being in the 1st class lounge of Virgin Air at SFO on the way to Britain. Two years ago we were in British Airways first class lounge at that same airport to the same destination. A great country and London is a fantastic city; I grieve for them for what recently happened there. We will make a point of spending a week or so in Britain on the trip to Turkey.

Torment? If the stupes would quit making such idiotic statements, they would not provide such great parody.

If only.... it were accurate.... or honest.... or reality based.

Aye, there's the rub.

**When did discrediting a persons statements become a personal attack?

Herein lies the true problem with the left. If you successfully show that their statements/arguments/etc. lack credibility or are factually inaccurate, they take it personal and accuse you of "attacking" and "smearing" them personally. Not one of these individuals have been personally attacked [ i.e. republicans are Evil - that's a personal attack], but their statements have been debated and proven false.

That is what a discussion is meant to do, ferret out the truth.**

**The POV above** was completely plagiarized from a blog
entry (linked below). It said precisely what is going on with
her & all too many of her peers on the left.

Heck, if you apply her standards, she personally attacked a
host of people in that post. But then hypocrisy is nothing
new to her or many of her peers either.
