I look at that free speech as little different than yelling fire in a crowded theater. But in that it is written, not just said it is evil and vile and should be criminal.

I know I am in the minority on this issue. Honestly, I don't believe so. It just matters whose ox is being gored, whose favorite group is being attacked, who's doing the attacking. If people were able to be objective, they'd see that. Anything approaching objectivity is rare, unfortunately. So the law is a catch-all. You want to protect gays, we'll put gays in the group. You want to protect women, we'll put women in the group. You want to protect flags, we'll add flags. (Just kidding.)
