I don't know. You are probably right. I know alot of Sunni Muslims think the Egyptians are traitors. The killing of the Egyptian ambassador is recent evidence of that. The bottom line is the extremist Islam is a like a bacteria. There is no controlling organism, so cutting off the head does no good. You need a massive and sustained dose of anti-bacterial medicine to get it all rolled up. So the best way to do this is to get Muslim moderates everywhere in every country to change the way they teach their children and refuse to have them indoctrinated.
