I have not seen that he was accused in a court of law- those are the only "accusations" that count. As we see on SI, people can say anything, and accuse folks of the most bizarre and outlandish things to suit their politics, or their emotions, no matter how ridiculous, outisde of court. Workplace sexual encounters (the only ones I know of were consensual) have as much to do with rape, as speeding, tax evasion, or shoplifting do. Lots of people break the law, and most people aren't rapists. No evidence for you there, I'm afraid.
