What happened in iraq over the past several weeks is an abomination. Sistani is asking the Iraqi authorities to take action against the terrorists. I wonder what a nation can do in the face of determined terrorists when the infrastructure is not there? It is bad but It looks worse than it is. The infrastructure you seek continues to ramp up swiftly and effectively. Car and suicide bombings in Iraq are down substantially this month over last month. And they were down substantially last month over the preceeding month. I forget the exact number...but it is down about 25% +/- each month. The security operations are having an effect.
