To put it in perspective, there are no suicide bombers in Iran.

Up until July 6th, there were no suicide bombers in the UK either, yet "innocent" muslims were murdered in the tube and on the bus.

bin laden's perspective regarding "his" people is that they are merely instruments of his quest for power. Any collateral damage to a muslim is the price of doing business. If he really cared, he would have said so stated.

My guess is that if ordinary Iraqis avoided being anywhere near occupation forces or Iraqi government buildings or employees, they'd be safe from Al Qaeda, not that Al Qaeda is the only danger in Iraq.

CB, what stuff. Two days ago 100 people got blown up for being Shia in a town south of Baghdad. They were in a mosque or a marketplace, just going about their business. Al Qaeda claimed the credit.

Iran has signed up 20,000 suicide bombers btw. They are just pointing them outward.

So ordinary Iraqis must stop taking a walk, buying fuel, groceries, a pizza?

I guess that's one way to shut down a society, but terrorists aren't smart enough or compassionate enough to care. They will not or can not discriminate, and BOOM goes the fuel truck.

Whew!
Where did you get that notion?

Iran is the single most active sponsor of terrorism in the world.

Take a look at their revolutionary guard corps and ministry of security and intelligence. Take a deeper look at their Qods force, and MFA...ministry of foreign affairs activities.

Consider their huge on-going support for Hamas, Hizbollah, and Islamic Jihad groups in Palestine including PFLP-GC.

Consider the safe haven and other support they provide to PKK.

Consider their recent announcement that they have recruited 20,000 suicide bombers in Iran to deploy elsewhere.

You gotta be kidding me.
