Bush has put foxes in charge of our public hen houses. Look at the industry lobbyist types he has put in charge of regulating the very industries they have represented in the past. This is just plain corruption, but they call it "free enterprise". Same thing Reagan called deregulating the S+L's.

Freedom to pollute, gouge, rip off taxpayers and break the rules, in other words.

Name one time a Bushie has ever raised his voice about energy gouging. Never. Or about pollution. Never except Christy Todd Whitman, a lone moderate, who was then forced out of the EPA.

If you raise your voice about obvious corruption inside Bush-cheney's world you become their enemy and they try to destroy you. This is really about a massive trillion dollar ripoff, primarily in the energy, medical and weapons sectors. Privatizing Social Security could double that.
