Should not that come if the area is perceived as desirable by educated deep pocketed boomers? You guys are right there are a ton of things to hate in overrated Florida but we do have great beaches, the best November-March weather of anywhere, infrastructure, convenience and a ton of things to do in the larger markets. Nice burbs like Orange County, CA. There is good and bad everywhere and no perfect place I would guess since it gets way too overpriced and (or) crowded..
