1) no trees
2) no hills
3) no water (except saltwater), hurricanes and the wet season
4) decent grass impossible to grow

How long before #3 becomes a huge problem?

Either it's a dream people up north are taught at a young age or it's some kind of inate homing response. <G>

For those of us that were born here, we like the hot, humid, dog days of summer and wish for them year round. As for the bug population, due to over development you have to go more inland for that.
