AMD will not use the Japan case as an example of Intel's guilt in the U.S. case. AMD will use the Japan case to show that the allegations were proven to be true. Then, AMD will apply U.S. law to show that these proven true allegations are illegal in the U.S. AMD may also use the fact that the OEMs in question also sell systems in the U.S. as a statement that the U.S. consumer is affected by Intel's dealings in Japan, hence, the outcome of the Japan case should have special consideration in its U.S. trial...(They may also compare Japanese and U.S. antitrust laws to show similarity in order to make the statement "guilt in Japan means guilt in the U.S...)...JMO
