A few days ago I posted that Bill Gross's recent super bull bond call will be the worst forecast he ever made.

Now even more confident in that statement.


Worst forecast?
I doubt it.
That said, I was clever to go from bullish to neutral on it.
I am slightly bearish now since I have said all along that we may get a spike in yields as soon as the FED pauses.

It may be the last good buying opportunity.
The bubble is in junk bonds not treasuries.
In fact, my contacts tell me that funds are selling treasuries to buy more junk.

IMO there is going to be one huge flight back to treasuries when junk takes a tumble.
3% TNX easy - in the years to come.
