I don't remember his exact words but this does not seem to add a "qualifier" to me....As I recall he said if anyone had been involved in wrongdoing he would fire them.....

Unlike Cliton, this President will fire a law breaker...BTW, wouldn't have cliton had to fire himself if he held the same standard as Bush? LOL!!!
